One such organization, which has a Registry of Registered Agents in every State, is the National Registered Agents, Inc., or look one up for yourself. You need a registered agent in any state where you want to form an entity in which you do not live. 3. Contact the Secretary of State of Wyoming
After filling out the Articles and the Acceptance of Registered Agent form, include a check to the Wyoming Department of Corporations for $100.00 registration fee to the Wyoming Secretary of State:
