Customize the Articles of Incorporation Using either our CDs or Hard Copy Do-it-Yourself kits, customize the information by including the name of your corporation, address, incorporator and any other information you feel is necessary. 2. Locate a Registered Agent There are numerous Registered Agent services on the internet. If you do not want to locate your own Registered Agent, we can provide one for you in the State of Nevada. You need a registered agent in any state where you want to form an entity in which you do not live. 3. Wait for Your Corporate Charter The Secretary of State will, once your corporation is approved, send you back a corporate charter which you will need to file or place in the corporate record book, along with other corporate information, such as the Articles, Bylaws, signed documents, First Minutes, bank resolutions, and other similar type documents and instruments.
