SEASONED COMPANY COSTS
We have several never-used, no-baggage attached, seasoned Limited Liability Companies that can be transfered to your state, or housed in Wyoming which allows for continuance. This means the entity an be registered in Wyoming which, by law, allows for a continuance of the company's history as though the company's previous existence (elsewhere) had always been in Wyoming.

TRANSFERS OF SEASONED ENTITIES
Whether your leave the company in its existing State, transfer ownership to your own State, or transfer ownership to Wyoming, the Company maintains its original history and organization date by keeping the Company registered in the forming State.

Many vendors and business suppliers require at least a six month seasoned company in order to extend credit. Some banks and financial backers require two years or more.
