Authentication of Records A simple form with signatures, this authenticates the records of the Company, and all the information not registered with the State (Articles of Organization). List of Members, Managers & Officers Forms showing required information of all members, managers and officers. Lists should be separate for easy viewing, up-dating and changing. Management Structure How the company will be managed, the positions of Manager and Officers defined and agreed upon. Exhibits These contain the agreement to share structure, percentage of ownership, distribution of profits, and relationship of unit, contributions and other financial arrangements.
